KAISER REVIEWS AIRSHIPS, Ej Teletraoh—Fresi Association—OoDTtlskt Berlin, April 21. To-day, at Hamburg, the Kaiser is reviewing Parseval, Zeppelin, and Army airships (dirigible balloons), representing three different systems. All the ships bare been lately manoeuvring at Cologne. HEAVIER-THAN-AIR. FOUR-MEN 81-PLANE FLIGHT. Paris, April 21. At Ardennes, on the northern frontier iof France, M. Sommer made a successful flight in a bi-plane. He carried three passengers. -
