For the Bill HI Against tho Bill ■ ■•• TO Government majority .......... 41 ' Tho Minister for Finance, Mr. W. S. Fielding, expressed doubt whether they could build the navy ,in Canada. He would not say this should be done regardless of cost, but if the ships could be built at a fairly generous advance upon British prices then they should be built in Canada. .
