TRAINING AT HASTINGS.

(By TeleeraDh—Press Association.) Hastings, April 21. It was a splendid morning, yet very little galloping took; place. Sea Eagle, Glissade, Dorandb, and San Pluie were restricted, to steady exercise. Berehgaria finished a length behind Kopu at the'end of one round. Longboat did a good couple, of rounds at threequarter pace. Maku and Polyanthus went two rounds at half pace, both pnlling very hard. Amato finished ■ six furlongs ahead of Artie. Separator and Merriwing jumped off together at the half-mile post, and reached the winningpost together. Seraphic had slightly the-.better of "Amaru over l three furlongs. . Floater ' and; Entente finished half a mile abreast. Andrew Mack, .alone, covered soven furlongs. Maori King and Bridge were restricted to slow work. • ! Forest, alone,' galloped a mile and a quarter. Donzel, with a lightweight up, galloped takingly over threequarters of, a mile. Meremere galloped a- good ' four' furlongs.;:.Waikehua, "for half a. mile, was too fast for Raupare. Niwaru and Rose Lethe rail a very fast fivo furlongs., Castleside and King's Lynn finished together at the' 'end of ha.lf a mile. California, accompanied by Harekoa, went once round. Merrie Lawn was seen to advantage over six flights,of hurdles. Bullworth and Kiatoro did half-pace work.
