A juror was ordered to leave the box by the judge at Liverpool during the hearing "of a case in which an engineer sued a firm for alleged arrears of salary. The juror, after asking leave., to. question a witness, said ho had been making inquiries from, a friend since the case began as to the standing of the 'firm.
