Ellis -Bros, wrote suggastr ... ing that . a horse-shoeing" 'competition should be helu,' and offered 'a, prize of. ' three. guineas for same. : Mr. Watson's ..; communication was. referred to the Horse .: Schedule "Committee, and. Messrs. Ellis -- 'Bros.'are to be asked to assist if'it should , be decided to hold a shoeing competition -at the spring show.-. -. "!.. f, - A deputatio'ii" comprising Adjutant-Cap-v tain-Palmer and.
