SUMMARY AND FORECAST. ' . Moderate to strong westerly winds hare; predominated. The weather has been unsettled in both the extreme north and south, and drizzling on the West Coast of the South Island. There has been a falling tendency, though on, the whole .little' movement of the barometer. Present indications are for moderate.to strong westerly winds, with cool and changeable weather generally.
