FAREWELL VISIT TO PALMERSTON. (By Teloerai*.—Pree* Association-' Palmerston North, April 19. The Governor will pay a farewell visit to Palmerston shortly. He is to be entertained at luncheon, and is to be asked to deliver an address in the afternoon. Ho is also to bo presented with an illuminated address from the citizens of Palmerston.
