Under the title of "Aerofahrplan" there has appeared at Munich the first'airship guide on record. It gives dates .and hours of the airship service, which is to begin on May 15 and last tiir the end of September, the first cruise starting from the Therosicnhoehe at precisely 7 a.m. Fares are, also given in detail, the standard adopted being time, not' distance. The price of a short journey lasting for .three hours is .ill, if tickets are bought in advance, whereas all-day journeys into the Bavarian highlands, or. to Oberammargau, will cost .£27 10s. Persons for whom theso prices are too modest may hire "special. airtrain§"\ at .£275 a day. The promoters of the undertaking, however, claim the right to alter the length and even direction of each voyage, and to set down passengers where they will. • The airship station will be situated- alongside the track of the Munich-Vienna railway, 'will he 75 metres long, 38 broad, and 25 high; but mil not be large enough to receive a Zeppelin.
