Mr. and Mrs. , Standage, by the Carterton Methodist congregation. Although the weather was violent during the day, iit cleared towards evening, and the attendance was large. A very pleasant time wag" spent. 1 Tho cricket match for the Henderson Cup between Carlton (Masterton) and Carterton teams had to be postponed on account of the weather, and will probably take place next Thursday. The driver, T. Davis, was thrown' to the ground and badly injured. He is now in the (xreytown Hospital suffering from concussion of the brain.
