Twenty-nino farms on Messrs. Keillor Bros.' woll-known Raumai Estate will bo offered at auction on Saturday, May 1-1, at tho Borough Horso Emporium, Pal'"erston North, by Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., in conjunction with Messrs. Baggott and Potts, of Wangnpui. A largo portion of this estate is of good dairying quality, and arrangements have been made for the erection of a creamery. It is stated that tho swamps, are thoroughly drained, fences in good order, and a large amount of land lias been broken up and ploughed.
