IT is hereby, publicly notified that the above 'Board proposes to Borrow (by way of Special Loan under "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 100S," and 'its am*udniDiits) tho sum of Eight .Thousaud Five Hundred Pounds, for tho following purposes, viz.— ' "." 1.
