Harding, - "that this chamber cordially endorses the proposal of tho Hastings Chamber of Commerce to organise a strong combination throughout the North Island for the purposo of securing a- just apportionment of . the Public Works Fund, and to advocate other essentially North Island interests, and do all it can to • support the proranaL" ■
