GOVERNMENT NOTICES. The Government, despite tho fact that "The Dominion" has tho largest- copulation of any morning paper in the Wellington Province, has decided to boycott tho paper so far as Government advertisements aro concernod. In order that our readers may not suffer from this grave abuse of Ministerial authority we publish the advertisements below at our own cost. "M.OTICE is hereby given.that, in pursuance of the abovo Act and tho Regulations made thereunder, every person and company within the meaning of the said Act, being owner of land in New Zealand, or being the holder or owner of any mortgage or mortgages of land in Now Zealand, is hereby required to make and furnish to me, • in the ' prescribed form, returns of such land and mortgages as at 12 o'clock noon on the 31st day of March, 1910. ,; And, further, notice is hereby given that such returns shall in all cases be delivered at or forwarded to tho office of the Commissioner of Taxes, in the Government Buildings at Wellington, on or hefore Ist day of May, 1910.
