A GREAT PAGEANT. .- By Teleeraph-Prcso Aesoclation-OnDyrleut London, April 8. Ono hundred and fifty representative South Africans will arrive in England in May, to take . part in the Empire Pageant. The' "Festival of Empire" Orchestra, under Mr. Frederic Cowen, the well-known composer and conductor, is visiting 12 English and Scotch cities. An Imperial addrees is delivered each evening by s Mr. M'Call, the Agent-Goneral for Tasmania.
