CONSTITUTIONALIST FORCES V REACTIONARIES. TWELVE BATTALIONS SENT. Dj Telcera'pb-Prese Aesoolatloa-Ooujrlghl. Constantinople, April 8. Djavid Pncha, with oight battalions, retreated after attacking at Ipek 13,000 Albanians who favour the old regime. There wore many casualties on both sides. Shovkct Pasha, Minister for War, has sent twolvo more battalions to Prishtina. TROOPS' LOSSES 240. A GTJN CAPTURED: ALBANIANS REINFORCED. (Rcc. April 10, 5 p.m.) Constantinople, April 9. Tho Turkish soldiery's losses at Prishtina totalled 200 killed and wonnded, I and 40 were taken prisoner by the Albanians. Tho latter 'also captured two guns, but ono of these was recaptured by the soldiers. The Albanians have been reinforced. Long-rango firing continues. ;
