Crossman (9min.) won tho Dnnlop road oyeling race from tho coach comer, Riccarton, to Leeston and back, distance 50 miles. , B. Martin (Onrin.) was second, and F. H. Birch (lOmin.) third. Tho winner's time was 2 hours, 27 niinutos 38 seconds. A Birch (scratch) put' up the fastest time, 2 hours 21 minutes S seconds.
