TRIBUTE TO DIJAD KINGS. By Telegraph—Press Association-OoDyrlght Home, April 5. King Victor Emanuel 111 of Italy and Queen Jlargherita banquetted Mr. itoosevelt and his family, Mr. Roosevelt deposited irreaths'- on the tombs of King Victor Emmanuel 11 (during whoso reign the completo union of Italy was effected by the occupation of Rome in 1870) and of King Humbert (father of tho present King).
