CLASSES JUDGED AT HOME. Messrs. Fitter and Sons, London, report on the sheep and Jambs shipped Homo per s.s. Rimutaka 011 November. 13 by tho Wellington Meat Export Co., Ltd., in connection with tho AVairarapa and East Coast Pastoral and Agricultural Society's show last October, is.of a 1 very satisfactory nature. 3lr. G. W. G'larkson was (it will be- remembered) judpe of the fat sheep classes : at the show. Following is tho Home report:—
CLASS 217-FAT SHEEP. Five sheep, W.P.A. 3, second at show (W. Howard Booth). Very good quality, short legs, full of meat, well covered, evon size, realised 2s. lOd. and 2s. 7d. per stone—first. Five sheep, W.P.A. \\ first at show (W. Howard Booth), good quality, well covered, fairly meaty, one slightly fat, realised 2s. lOd. and 2s. Sd. per stone— second. CUSS 218-FAT LAMBS. Five lambs, W.P.A. 5. first at show (W. Howard Booth), very" good quality, nice.'size, fairly well. finislicd, realised 3s. Gd. per stone—first.
Five lambs, TV.P.A. 8, second at show (H. and C. Morrison), very Rood quality, fairly well finished, but, hardly thick enough, rEalised 3s. 6d. per stone—second. Five lambs, .TV.P.A. 6 (H. and C. Morrison), good quality, nief rfize, not quits finished, realised ,3s. 6d. per stone—third. . Five lambs, W.P.A. ", third at shoiv (TV. Howard Booth), good quality, nicc size, legs rather plain, realised 3s. -Id. per stone. •
