■■■■■ INCREASED SUBSIDY. By Telegraph—Press ABSoolation-Oopyrieht Ottawa, April 3. In a supplementary naval programme the Canadian Prime Minister, Sir Wilfrid Laurier, proposes to augment thq subsidy for tho construction of large dry docks by half per cent.
