WELLINGTON SHAEB lIAEKET. A fair business was done yoeterday, especially in Waihis, whioh are selling at a comparatively low price. There are a wholo crop of rumours about the Waihi mine, nono of which cftn be seriously considered, but ill the aggregate they are useful in depressing the value. Some of those who quitted theiv shares at £10 are naturally a'nxious.to ecc the price decline to enable them to buy back.
