THE OUTBREAK ON THE OTWAY. By Telceraph—Press Association—Oopyrleht Perth, April 1. 1 In connection with the outbreak of smallpox on tho steamer Otway, another of the quarantined passengers has developed suspicious symptoms. A. DEATH. (Rcc. April 1, 11.60 p.m.) Melbourne, April 1. Walker, a smallpox patient, is dead. A child aged two years, in the thirdclass of tho Otway, has developed the, disease.
