MURDER CHARGES.

In the trial at Venice of the Countess Tarnowska and her alleged accomplices for the murder of Count Kamarowski, expert evidence tended to 6how that deceased's life might possibly have been saved had a certain operation not been performed. WOLTER'S COOLNESS. POLICE METHODS. New York, March 30. Tho polico continue to interrogate Wolter (charged with tho murder of Roso Wheeler) hourly, both day and night. They are endeavouring to break down his sang-froid. Reporters are continually interviewing Wolter in the presence of the police. Several young girls have identified him as their seducer. ACCUSED INDICTED. (Rec. March 31, 10.55' p.m.) New York, March 31. The Grand Jury has indicted Wolter for murder in tho first degree. The trial will begin on Monday. ALLEGED CHILD MURDER, (Rec. March 31, 11.35 p.m.) Sydney, March 31. Brady, who is charged by a woman named Mitchell with having murdered her child, under revolting circumstances cabled yesterday, denies the charge. He states that the woman Mitchell, with whom hB was living, said she had sent the child to Queensland. He suggests that the woman has charged him with murder because he left' her.
