SEARCH FOR POWELKA. (By Telegraph-Special Correspondent.) Palmerston North, March 30. ■ No frace has been found of the missing prisoner Powelka, but tho police are keeping a sharp look-out for him. It was stated positively' that ho had been seen, .at Ashhurst, and three constables .went in search, but tho statement proved incorrect. It is also stated that ho has been seen at Manakau.
