TUMULT IN PARLIAMENT. TWO MINISTERS , INJURED. By Teleeraph-Presa Association—Oopyrieht Vienna, March 21. A decree dissolving tie Hungarian Parliament led to a tumult, the Opposition declaring the procedure unconstitutional. A deputy threw a heavy book, injuring tho Premier. AnotJier hurled an inkpot, soverely wounding tho Minister for Agriculture.
