ATTITUDE OF CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright London, March 17. The Associated Chambers of Commerce discussed the 'tariff reform question. Fifty-one chambers voted for reform, wliilo twelve voted against it or were neutral.
