Royal visit to London. . ■ ; ' • ["Lα Milo," a music-hall artiste, Ferdinand Eggena, her husband, .and Percy Easton, a motor-car agent, were charged at the Bow Street Police Court, on February 8, with obtaining jewels to the valuo of X7OOO sterling by means of false pretences, from Mr. Wood, jeweller, of brook Street, London. It was alleged that Eggena represented himself as -the owner of twenty-iivo cars, obtained the jewels, and afterwards pawned.them on Lα Milo's behalf. Eggona had previously attempted to pawn a pearl necklace worth ,£30,000.] ' ;
