NOTICES OP MOTION. The following notices of motion will oome up for' consideration at .next Wednesday's meeting of the Harbour Board :— The Hon. T. Kennedy. Macdonald, M.L.C.—"That a Finance Committee be set up to report within one month as to the monthly pay-sheets o£ the board, and what reductions, in the judgment of.tho board, are necessary in order that greater economy may' exist in connection with the boards administration." Mr. J. G. Harkness.—"That tho board take into consideration when appropriai tions are being made for expenditure on new works during the year ending September 30,1910, tho advisability of allocating a specific sum to make adequate provision for the cold "storage of dairy produce." -.' ■•■.-• Mr. F. G. Bolton.—"That, prior to the construction of any now wharves or jetties, those interested in shipping be invited to express their opinions as to the plans and details of any such proposed work." Mr. E. Ftetcher.-"That in future tho regular monthJy meetings of tho board be held on tho fourth Wednesday in.each month at 7.30 p.m., instead of as at present on the fourth.Tuesday at 2.15 p.m.
