G. Bolton.—"That, prior to the construction of any now wharves or jetties, those interested in shipping be invited to express their opinions as to the plans and details of any such proposed work." Mr. E. Ftetcher.-"That in future tho regular monthJy meetings of tho board be held on tho fourth Wednesday in.each month at 7.30 p.m., instead of as at present on the fourth.Tuesday at 2.15 p.m.
