MENACE TO NAVIGATION. By Teloerapli—Press Association—OoDyrteht (Bee. March 16, 9.20 p.m.) Washington, March 16. The House Committee on Naval Affairs at 'Washington has approved of the appropriation of half a million dollars to raise the wTeck of the battleship Maine at Havana. The wreck is reported to he a menace to navigation. [The United State warship Maine was blown up and sunk in Havana Harbour just prior to the outbreak of the SpanishAmerican War.]
