ME. JAMBS O'CONNOR, ALP. By Teleerapli-Press Association-CopyriehL London, March 13. Tho death is announced of Mr. James O'Connor, Nationalist M.P. for Wicklow West. [Mr. O'Connor was born in 1836.. He was a journalist, and was 1 connected with "The Irish People" and several other Irish papers. In 1865 he was convicted of Fenianisiny and sentenced to penal servitude for seven years. After his release he served on tho editorial staff of the "Irishman," "Plag of Ireland," "Shamrock," and "United Ireland." He 'was again arrested in 1881, and was detained for several months, with Mr. Pnr-i nell and others, in Kilmainham Gaol.] MR. T. HARRINGTON, M.P. London, March 13. .Mr. Timothy Harrington, M.P., is dead. A heart affection was tho cause. [Mr. Timothy Charles Harrington represented tho Harbour Division of Dublin since 1805. He was. born in 1851, and was educated at Trinity College, Dublih. He took a prominont part in tho Land League and National League. Ho was a member of tho Irish Bar, anil was counsel for Mr. Parnoll, before tho special commission in 18SS-BS. In 1901 he was Lord Mayor of .Dublin'.]
