EASTBOURNE BOROUGH COUNCIL.

A meeting of the Eastbourne Borough Council was held on Saturday eveuing at Wise's rooms, Eona Bay, when there were present, tho Mayor (Mr. J. Barr), Councillors Foley, Koss, Bussell, Sanson, .
