'In seconding the': motion, Mr. A... E. Meet; said that as a matter :of fact the Old Boys were represented on the ; present . Board of Governors in having Mr. A. de B. Brandon, Mr. H.'Field, and an ex-master, Mr. Ward, on the board, but that might not always obtain.
