DR. 17UEGER, ANTI-SEMITE. By Teleerauli—Press Association—Oopyrlefct. Vienna, March 10. The death is announced of-Dr. Liieger, the anti-Semitic burgomaster, of-Vienna. [Dr. Lueger, both as Burgomaster of Vienna and as a member , of Parliament, proved a decidedly capable leader, of the Anti-Semites. Vienna-born, and a man of great oratorical power, he exercised great sway in the Austrian' capital; which returned the anti-Semites to the Muncipal Council repeatedly," notwithstanding the dissolution of the council by the Emperor Francis Joseph.
