Tho Essen works are full of. gunsj' armourTplates, turrets, and, platforms, for ships and land forts. It is q'uife ; manifest they are being made for a purpose.. Thevcontrast with -Armstrong's and Vickers's partially-employed places is most striking. Germany means to do something, before long."
