Hoskins, proprietors of the Lith-. gow, ironworks, were ifined thirty guineas; for a breach of the Industrial Disputes Act in discharging several employees for refusing to work a full day on Saturday. Defendants admitted a broach of the Act, but claimed that it arose through a misunderstanding, and that it-was afterwards rectified. ." :
