hammer. Wo also offered a dairy herd on account Mr. J. Doolc. and, -notwithstanding that the season is practically over, there was good competition, and a total clearance effected at an average ot about £5. We miotc:-Fat and forward wethers, 12s. Id.; two and four-tooth wethers,' 9s. to 10s. lid.; shorn lambs, 75.; four and fivc-ycSar ewes. 7s. t0.85.; dairy cows, £3 10s. to £7 2s. 6d.; fat cows, 81s.; empty cows, 48s. 6d.; Jersey heifer wcaners, 275.; other weaners, 195.; light porker pigs, 205.; breeding sows, 365.
