SUPREME COURT SESSIONS.
(By Telegraph.—Press Assignation.) Napier, March 7. In the case ' against John Farrelly, charged with forgery, who failed to appear at the Supreme Court, Mr. Justice Copper .ordered that his bail • be estreated, . but this morning he this order, arid postponed the hearing of the case till nest sessions,' the surety, to contribute, to .the costs. of extradition if accused is arrested in a foreign country. The case of Holt and Holt, an application to vary the terms of the- will of Robert Holt, was removed to the Court of Appeal for argument.
