BOYCOTT OP PORTUGUESE COCOA. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oooyrlrhl London, March 6. Mr. Joseph Burtt has concluded a successful mission to the United States, where he ,induced the ' largest coooa manufacturers not to use slave-grown coooa from the Portuguese Islands of San Thome and Principe. President Taft was sympathetic, and Mr. Cocks has introduced a resolution in Congress against the importation of slavelabour cocoa. ,
