Consideration of the Bible class movemeiit was resumed, wheo it was unanimously and heartily resolved that, the conference .'conveys to the' Rev. A.- B. Q'hapbell; M.A... its best thanks'for the valuable service; re-idered by him as -jrganising secretary of the Bible class movement; that it acknowledges with' gratitude the deep' devotion ..and' conspicuous ability which he has displayed, and the gTeat and, pernanent value of. the work accomplished'. This provided for dirfding. meinliers and adherents into convenient' groups ;ana-placing-' them under, suitable^leaders, who. are to present quarterly ' reports to the leaders' meetings.. The Rev.
