LODGE MEETING.

The weekly session of the King's Coronation. Lodge of Good Templars was held on i"riday evening at the lodge room, Cuba Street, Brother J. Allen, C.T., presiding over a good attendance. One new member was initiated, and one member joined on clearance card. Members of the Hutt and Petone lodges were officially welcomed, and occupied the chairs, Bro. Hartley (Hutt) presiding. It was reported that Sister Cassidy was recovering after a serious illness. An enjoyable evening was spent listening to music, and story, contributed to by Sisters Seager, Thompson, Goodwin, llodda, and Brothers Israel and Morris. Refreshments were dispensed, and after speeches by tho hosts and guests the lodge was closed. Nest meeting is an open, musical evening.
