ANNUAL PICNIC .The annual picnic of the Wellington Working Men's Club and Literary Instatute was held at Days Bay ou Saturday under the direccion ot the '■ president, Mr. B. Mapplebeok. Quite 3000 persons made .the trip across the harbour, aid the ontLug was a thoroughly enjoyable one.. During 'the. afternoon the Hon. J. A. Millar and Mr.. A.
