Sydney, March 6. Tlio bar to.the settlement of the Newcastle mining trouble raised by the,action of the Enginedrivers' Association, cabled March 1, has been'removed. 'The association in. consequence of Mr." Justice Higgins's decision to deal with the whole matter of the Federal dispute has resolved to waive all their claims'* in connection with .Northern Colliery dispute. This opens the way to"tho Wages Board resuming its proceedings.
