After condemnation of tho fusion of parties, and a review of the Labour legislation record, it announces the following ten planks as forming its fighting platform :—, Maintenance of a. White Australia. . New Protection. . '- Nationalisation of monopolies. Graduated tax on unimproved land values. . .
Citizens' defence force. Commonwealth Bank. Restriction of public borrowing. Navigation laws. Arbitration' Act Amendment. Insurance, including insurance against unemployment. The manifesto concludes:—"The progressivo legislation of recent years has been duo to the influence of the Labour party. We now ask tho electors to give us a majority to break down land monopoly, to develop Australia, to give effect to our platform, and to. administer our laws."
