FOR PRESIDENT TAJTT. | (Rec.. March 5, 0.5 a.m.) London, March 4. Fresh-cut sods, and a hundred packets of shamrpcks, left Queenstown yesterday for tho United States, in order to enable President Taft to tread Irish soil at the St. Patrick's Day celebrations in Chicago.
