LORD PLUNKET AT NAPIER. : Napier, March' S. There was perfect weather for "the ceremonies incidental, to Napier's farewell to Lord Plunket. At 11 o'clock his Excellency formally opened the children's ■ward at the hospital, built by Mr. W. Shrirapton, chairman of the Hospital .Board, as a memorial to his son. Lord Plunket warmly applauded the donor's public-spirited action,, and declared the hvard ; open.
