SALE OF BEARD ESTATE. In this issue we publish 'particulars or an important land sale, to be conducted liy Messrs. Freeman D. Jackson and Co., in conjunction with the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., at Wanganui, during Juno, when the Beard Estates, comprising properties in the Wanganui and Hawcra districts wilS be offered without reserve. There are four properties in all, ranging in area, from 1371 to 4650 acres.. and each, auctioneers state, can be recommended "03 a first-class investment. Three of the estates are in the Mnngamahu and Wangaehu districts, and the fourth is on the Patea River, and within U miles of Haweva. The above properties were taken up by' the Beard family many years, ugo in the ranch state, and , have been judiciously farmed, and are reported.to be.in.excellent order at the present time.
