m , ~ Sydney, February 23. • The Ney South Wales Rugby Union has approved of the recommendations of tho recent conference for representation ; on the international board, also for a ,method of inquiring into the conduct of :players and of. suspending thorn. It was decided t.o take no further action to form an Australian. board. Other proposals relating to the la\vs of the game are still under'consideration. ;
