During thei. period,uiclbr, review, the receipts from all' sources - (including'. a balance > from the' preceding.; Half-year of £i ;25.. 7d.) totalled £70 18s. 7d., the disbursements amounted 'to' iB6B -6s. '9d., the, term -thus, ending, with. "a. oredit; balance of wB2; lis. lOd.. ' The - executive : has been in .communication - with . members who are • considerably in- arrears with their subscriptions. . .The { 'members of {the . Senior. Library .and '.Debating Society devoted tho latter part' of 1909 session to Shakespearean -readings. The. i Junior Literaiy and Debating Society, under the presidentship of - Mr. S. J. Moran, continue.? to .do excellent ;work among the younger members of the.club. The membership of. the Tennis Club is on' a par with . seasons., -In compliance .with thei- resolution passed at the special general, meeting, have been taken . for tho inauguration' of a boys' guild. On January 28. {the ' guild - was ojiend under/the..supervision of the' St.Vincent do Paul's Society.
