London, February 17. Router's Berlin correspondent reports ' an oxtensivo fraud by means of alleged ' impersonation and forgery.
Prince Miguel of Braganza was induced, 1 to buy a large number of gold, ■ and other mining shares, which aro now' alleged to bo worthless. Mr. Vandorbilt has now repudiated the' endorsement 1 on; the ground - that it ia' forged. . Two hundred thousand ; pounds* worth of bills havo been seized in BerJ lin.
It is understood Eaekensteon is ia Paris. . ■
