General Regulations, I '. 1906, ■until; such time as. the new-. regulations aro framed arid issued. , The new, Peace and War Establishments and. instructions for the -reorganisation of the 'Defence Forces generally will not-be issued'until after Field-Marshal Lord Kitchener's inspection of tlio"forces. 'Tor the training year-1910-11, the training for':,the . Force shall ■'be os. proscribed: in ' General Regulations; 190G,. with - the exception, that corps- not therein' required to train in camp shall be required: so ,tp -train for- a\period- 'of. seven days. During annual training iii camp all. ranks: will; be rationed. will also be granted. ■ • CAPITATION AND CAMP MONEY: ' ' Capitatioii allowance for the Territorial Forces for : tho coming year ' will be as under Mounted rifles,-. £i; : -field artillery, and field engineers, d£3' 10s.other .branches, .433..
