In the epurse of '. lengthy . remarks regarding the,'attitude of.'the/.Canterbury, Association, which holds ■ that the'. time is opportune for, the visit, the chairman stated that the associations offered;more or. loss of. an insult to the Management ■'Committee of. the. New, Zealand.
